For troubleshooting, check if Bluetooth is turned on your phone, disconnect and reconnect the device's cable, or turn off Bluetooth and forget the device, then reconnect. If your car already has wireless CarPlay, you can use this adapter if it has a USB/Type-C port that supports wired CarPlay.

If you experience buffering issues when streaming, check your mobile phone's network settings or connect to another fast network. If an app doesn't work and asks for an update that is not compatible, don't return it - send a message to get a new available file to update it.

This wireless CarPlay adapter is compatible with a wide range of vehicle models from 2016 onwards that have factory wired CarPlay, including Ford, Toyota, Audi, Bentley, Alfa Romeo, and more. It does not currently support non-factory wired CarPlay cars, BMW, Tesla, 2016-2018 GMC, 2019 ACURA RDX, 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander, or 2019 Corolla SE.
